Fiji Here I Come!

Long time no see my friends! As the title suggests, I am packing my shorts and sunglasses and heading off to one of my favourite destinations in the world - Fiji. I'll be going in March to soak up the sun, snorkel in th reef and sip on sweet coconut water (not the tetra packed awefulness we consume here haha). There's something just beautiful about the people and the place - there's a purity in every being and breath of air on these islands. I've grown up hearing from my parents and grandparents how even the water when you shower is softer as it touches your skin in Fiji - to be completely honest with you; they're right! The waters are so clear that you can see the fishes right beneath your nose, and the mangoes are so beautiful, the taste remains in your memory and your pallette for a lifetime. For the first 3 to 4 days I'll be attending a wedding (woohoo!), and the rest of my trip will be spent on the outer islands making new memories and relaxing (when I should be sitting in a final semester lecture theatre). Not to worry kids, my Instagram will (obviously) be featuring some beautiful pictures from the holiday - I can't wait to start snapping!
